Welcome to London Insect Control
We are open 7 days a week every week throughout the year, and even during peak infestation times we can respond to problems with minimal delay.
We offer a comprehensive range of treatments, and while we usually deal with common insect infestations, we have dealt with all manner of exotic and unusual species, so there is no problem you will find us unwilling or unable to undertake.
Our Pest & Insect Control Technicians
All of our technicians undergo rigorous training, and we have a strict accreditation system in place to make sure that they can respond to every conceivable manner of infestation in a way that is consistent with health and safety procedures. They are licensed by the BPCA, The British Pest Control Association, a non-profit organisation that regulates pest control services in the UK and which imposes very strict membership requirements, guaranteeing the peace-of-mind that a smaller, unlicensed, fly-by-night operators simply can’t.
On top of this, we put all our technicians through a training programme that grants them a Level 2 Health and Safety Qualification from the RSPH (the Royal Society for Public Health), which educates our staff both in the practicalities of pest control as well as giving them an understanding of broader theories and practices that are vital to safe operation. Because insect infestations often take place in a home environment, and since insects so often feed on human beings directly or contaminate their food, our technicians are aware that an infestation is often a very personal issue, and that customers always prefer us to act with tact and discretion.
We always aim to provide a holistic service, and when you make use of our personnel we not only bring our techniques and equipment, but we also have a wealth of advice, recommendations and tips, and our technicians will always try to work in tandem with you to bolster the effects of an extermination by informing you of preventative measures and procedures that you can use once they are gone.
